Initial Consultation-Free
This consultation will be by phone call and will help the therapist establish your needs and answer any questions you may have. Although BWRT is effective for a wide range of issues, there are occasions when it may not be appropriate for some clients with specific health conditions.
Intake Session (approx. 90 minutes) -£70
This is the first session which in most cases is required so that the therapist can tailor the therapy to suit your needs.
Standard Therapy Session-£50
The session will be carried out face to face or online, and a minimum of 1-3 are usually required.
Sessions last for up to 60 minutes.
Smoking Cessation (approx. 90 minutes)-£95
This session will is an intensive stop-smoking programme, aimed at those who have a genuine desire to kick the habit for good!

Therapy sessions are available during the following days and times:
Monday and Wednesday evenings 6pm to 8pm
Friday evening 7pm to 9pm
Saturday 9am to 5pm
Sunday 9am to 4pm
