Get to Know Me...

My name is Helen Little and I am a certified Advanced Practitioner, trained in BrainWorking Recursive Therapy.

I live in the Western Lake District and offer online and face to face appointments. 

I have studied a variety of psychology based qualifications, including training as a Level 1 and Level 2 BWRT therapist.

I have also studied Counselling Skills and Understanding Children and Young People and for the past 5 years have worked directly with people with mental health issues in a Health and Social Care setting.

I take pride in making people feel as relaxed and at ease as possible during therapy sessions and I am passionate about helping people make the changes and improvements they seek to, to enhance their well-being. 

I hold full Professional Liability Insurance and I am a member of the Chambers of Commerce.
