My name is Helen Little and I am a fully trained, registered BWRT practitioner, registration number: 001719, registered with The Terence Watts BWRT Institute-www.bwrt.org. I live in the Western Lake District in Cumbria and I work with people in person and online via video call. I hep people by using BWRT (Brain Working Recursive Therapy) and WSN (Warriors, Settlers and Nomads).
I am committed to continuous professional development and has gained various qualifications in relation to psychology related studies and has a vast experience in supporting people with psychological issues and promoting their emotional wellbeing.
I have a genuine desire to help people overcome their difficulties and to achieve their goals and working as a therapist gives me great satisfaction.
